Industrial/Organizational Psychology

An introduction to the ways that psychological theory and research can be applied to understand and increase the effectiveness of people in the workplace. Course topics include personnel selection, training, performance appraisal, work motivation, morale, and job satisfaction. Offered odd year, fall.
