Organic Chemistry

A study of the important classes of aliphatic and aromatic compounds including nomenclature, properties, reactions, mechanisms and methods of identification. The methods of identification include infrared, mass and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Three lectures. Offered: Fall.
